Pee-Can is NOT the correct way to say pecan, just because some southerners pronounce it that way (oddly enough the same way they do in England) doesn’t mean that is the correct way. Puhcan is the correct way as it is a Native American word and I’d like to add the Pecan tree is native to my area NOT the area of south that says it like a can grandma takes a leak in when shes camping…
