These looked so good and delicious but when I eat Quinoa or sweet potatoes they spiked my blood sugar. I’ll still try a few of the other veggies and other dishes. Thank you ❤
I tried the dinner, but the sweet potatoes ended up burnt before I even added the water to steam them. I noticed that in this video the sweet potatoes were also starting to blacken quickly. Should we just add them in later to prevent this, perhaps 6 minutes after the chicken?
