How can you make a meatball without eggs, cheese or any sort of herbs in them like basil or parsley? If you want more flavour, you should also add 2-3 different types of meat like beef, pork and maybe even lamb mince. Also, I always cook my meatballs in the oven, rather than on the stove in a pan because it is too difficult to cook them evenly all the way around and they end up raw in the middle or on the sides.
