1. Unless your rice cakes are soft already, soak them in warm water for 10 mins. 2. If you haven’t found the rice cake, the first alternative is rice paper. Dip 2 square rice papers into warm water to soften. Lay rice papers on a work surface and tightly roll. It needs to roll pretty tight for the right look. Repeat with remaining rice paper. 3. Another alternative is to make rice flour, which is a really easy ingredient to get. Knead rice flour with lukewarm water till the dough gets springy. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes. 4. Roll out the dough into a log-size piece. Cut further into 1-inch pieces. 5. Remove the rice cakes and keep them aside. 6. Stir olive oil, galic, haldi powder and curry leaf in fry pan. 7. Blanch Gochujang, Gochugaru, Jaggery and grind them into a paste along with soy sauce, black pepper. 8. Stir them in and let it simmer for a couple more minutes. 9. Topping with white sesame seeds, paneer, spring onions and plating them nicely.
