😲 oh my that looks so delicious 😋😋😋 in my country we also use the intestines by cutting it up small and using all.the same and more seasonings along with cumin massala curry and hot peppers. Then it’s cooked for hours till it’s soft and dry..it’s called pochounie.😉 but I love your recipe.🙏
