Love your recipes. I notice you don’t mince garlic in your recipes. Any reason? Also, here in Germany, you can only get baby sweetcorn in jars and pickled. I take it, this wouldn’t taste right in this recipe.
That’s one of my choices this coming Chinese New Year, ill love to try to cook this recipe of vegetarian fried rice in to my in – laws family. First day of Chinese New Year. Although im a Christian but my husband family Buddhist… Most of time usually cook Chinese food and many more other recipe like Indian food, we stay here Malaysia more or less, I know how to cook.
