Do you still add the same amount of milk (liquid) or does this replace some of it?
I’m guessing it’s similar flavors to condensed milk?
I mix the box cake mix to directions and add a cup or more of plain mashed potatoes. Works best on mixes without pudding. I’d try this toasted dry milk so how much do you add to the cake mix? Sounds divine! Do tell,?
