Best quality beard I’ve ever seen on a young man.
Very calming to watch…thank you,❤
Remember all, don’t overdo protein. They tell us to gain weight just load up on protein typically if you check many sources. It’s just as bad as overdoing anything else. I used to use a lot and most went to waste. Just eat plant based and healthy, 2 meals a day, or three max, giving a space of 5 hours between meal for adequate digestion and stomach rest, and drink water within half an hour before meal, and no sooner than an hour after, so that your stomach acid doesn’t get diluted and your body has to try to get rid of all that water before digrstion. Never drink with a meal, or immediately before, or immediately after. It can lead to food fermentation, which can cause death, or serious complications.
NOT LOTION! IM WEAK!
So, to hit my 35 to 40g of required protein per meal for my body weight, i would need to consume 1300 to 1500 cal per meal. From the link recipe page: Calories: 410kcal | Carbohydrates: 29g | Protein: 12g… 4 meals per day, even if the others have better calorie to protein ratio, i would get fat. Not to mention trying to to get lean. I believe the title is false. This is no way a high protein meal vegan or not for people who want to keep or build muscle mass and stay lean, especially after 50 years old. Just some constructive criticism.
