Great episode. However, I always think it’s cheapass British ego….that gets them to change the name of Italian “prosciutto di Parma”….to the cheapass name of Parma ham. Ham is shit, compared to prosciutto, I’m sorry to say.

runny eggs make me feel nauseous for some reason, but I love them fried and I pierce the yolk while it’s cooking.
I love to try all. Makes me hungry while watching, perfect with hot coffee.
