Wow. My grandma used to make tamales like these. Only she used a grinder and molcajete to give the corn the fine texture. It took so long to make. I used to think the way others made tamales was weird because of the process my grandma used. They used to say we did it wrong. The diversity in Mexican cooking is so amazing. She was awesome & what she taught me will last a lifetime. 🥺♥️
Not very traditional with the cheddar cheese but I actually find it super interesting, would totally like to try one if those and compare to the flavors I am used to having
