Why do this ?, just order ribs. I mean no disrespect, but #1 if it the restaurant chain you speak of it is spelled Chile’s here, # 2 ribs are best smoked low & slow & not like Chile’s with liquid smoke, #3 there is a way to grill/smoke spare ribs in appx. 45 minutes & they are tender & smokey, pit masters know the technique, but i’m not a pit master or i would reveal the info/technique. Baby backs don’t have enough fat to make tender & tasty in that short amount of time. Very nice couple though & seem to get along very well.
These things are always the same. They are supposed to be exiting but in reallity the prep is done exactly to the point where they get the dish done in the specified time.

Pressure cooker ribs are horrible. I made a video about that. Get a smoker and you will save money on buying ribs from any resto.
