I made this for dinner tonight. The family loved it. To quote my husband “even the white meat is moist.” There is enough chicken left over chicken Alfredo tomorrow night.

I do this, demeat the chicken, then put bones back in the crockpot and fill with water and make bone broth overnight.
I like the idea. I would try putting it in the air fryer or broiler for a few minutes to see if it would crisp. It looks delicious.
