  • I have watched many videos on Gumbo, this is my favorite. I definitely. Learned a few new tricks and ingredients. Now being how I live in Washington state I’m going to pass on getting blue crab when I have fresh Dungeness available by just placing out my crab pots. I might even add some clams at the end with the shrimp. But boy howdy this looked great. One last thing. I really enjoyed the voice of the gentleman who did this. Great story teller.
