Great looking fish and chips and I noticed you didn’t include mushy peas. I might be in a minority in saying this but in my opinion, mushy peas are a nasty addition to fish and chips and should stay well away from it.
nah those are terrible chips im a be real, proper chips have to look unhealthy to be property appealing. that greasy moistness you need for proper fish and chips
