Watching from Oklahoma in the United States, I realized that except for the eggs and the crusty bread, I have a recipe like this already. The one I found calls for a rice base, and adds beans, instead of bread, though, and does not use any eggs. This one looked intriguing enough once I realized that, that it might cause me to switch out the rice or potatoes in my Star-Kist recipe for a submarine sandwich roll at one point someday…!
