  I have a bag of Cara Cara oranges in my fridge. Can i make an orange cake in the same manner? This sounds like a delicipus recipe. Gotta use what you have.

  I’m thinking some Limoncello added to the sugar and lemon juice to loosen the soaking liquid without diluting it. Yum!
