loved how easy this is using the oven! usually add the steaks into the simmering gravy while I mash up the taters, and all stays piping hot! Anyone who wants a darker gravy – use either kitchen bouquet (caramel coloring) or a shot of soy sauce! Easy peasy. love ya and all the shows you do for us

Family favorite here, nothing better than homemade, I do mine in big fry pan drain fat and finish cooking in the gravy mixture.
