Hey Sam, can you post more one-pan, cast iron skillet dishes like you did with shepherds pie, Mexican rice dish and the bolognese recipe as we move into fall/winter?
When I am on the last step where you flip and brown both sides, I’ve added honey and candied the outside of it. When it cools the bread becomes crispy and crunchy and sweet. You could use maple syrup if you’re doing a proper french toast version.
