One of the things I learned when we got an Instant pot for Christmas a few years back is how good the spaghetti is from that. I use a similar homemade sauce recipe as this one and the spaghetti (or whatever pasta) raw goes in, add in the cooked meat, and it is wonderful stuff The pressure cook process infuses the pasta with the sauce flavor as if it set up and cooled overnight and made the next day. I also remember growing up on a big ol pot of spaghetti and having leftovers and I still love it….kinda the same taste experience just quicker with the IP. Like you said good quality ingredients up front sure go a long way to improve the finished product.
