Birria is goat meat cooked in a broth called “consommé”. Sometimes it’s made out of other meats like beef. The tacos are called “quesatacos” which is a fried taco with birria and cheese inside that’s usually dipped in the consommé. I hope u get to try the tacos or ramen soon, it’s so good!!
