This கத்தரிக்காய் is very nice, would taste best, when cut lengthier ( say one to one and half inch size), moderately thick ( may be with six strides longitudinally), தாளிச்சிfied with எண்ணெய், கடுகு, குண்டு காஞ்ச மிளகாய், and had 3/4th boiled salted. Awesome to the core, it will be.
